We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States for the first 30 days after purchase. This applies to orders shipped to the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). After the first 30 days, standard shipping rates will apply.

02. Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If you notice that you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours via email at support@mamobag.com to provide the correct address. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address before shipment.
03. Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you cancel within this time frame, we will refund your money to your original payment method within 2 business days. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed as the order is likely to have already been shipped.
The shipping rate is $15, and it can go up depending of your choice for shipping time. If you buy more than $300 US dollars your shipping will be free.
04. Do you Offer International Shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
05. How Do I Care for My Mamobag?

To keep your Mamobag in the best condition, please follow these care guidelines:

Protect tassels and straps by tucking them inside the bag before washing.

06. What is Covered by the Mamobag Warranty?

Your Mamobag comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues with the bag’s threads or seams. Please note:

Normal Handmade Variations: Small threads coming out from the fabric are part of the handmade process and add to the bag's unique beauty. This is normal and not covered by the warranty.

Damage Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage caused by sharp objects, rough handling, or contact with items that could cut through the fabric.

However, please note: Some Mamobags may come with small threads coming out from the fabric. This is normal and a part of the handmade process. Remember, Mamobags are artisan-crafted pieces, and the slight threads are part of the garnish and the artistry of the bag. This adds to the unique beauty and history of each Mamobag.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by sharp objects or items with edges that could cut through the fabric.
